For many years I have known that I have candida. But as long as I don't feel it, I don't deal with it.
Several years ago, I had what I thought was a urinary tract infection but after a doctor visit and laboratory testing, it turned out to show no infection, and I concluded after reading the essential oils reference book that it was a candida 'crisis' instead.
I eliminated most of the sugar and felt fine until yesterday morning when I had a candida attack! The entire day I was miserable, with much discomfort in my bladder area. It was painful, leaving me unable to focus and do much of anything, until at night I finally opened the essential oils reference book and researched candida.
I found several of the oils that had showed up the last several months on my Compass Report: Thyme, Melaleuca and Geranium. I made a blend with those three oils (approximately 1/3 of each) with olive oil. I rubbed the blend on my bladder area, at first it felt a little worst but a minute or two later ... the sea became calm.
I had a peaceful sleep until the bladder infection type of pain woke me up in the middle of the night. I rubbed in again the blend and it took a couple short minutes to work its miracle. I fell back to sleep until I woke up, earlier than usual, peaceful and well rested.
I still applied my blend this morning, took 5 drops in a capsule and continued to do so for a while longer. Today is a new day! I am full of energy and new hope, ready for my day's activities.
