I love taking NingXia Red because it has given me more energy; I no longer experience a low point in my day. I also have decreased my coffee consumption from 3-4 cups to 1 cup- and I do not miss it, I never thought this would happen. And lastly after about 1 month of taking 1-2 oz. of NingXia Red I realized I was no longer snacking late at night. Amazing! Not too mention I know my immune system is functioning better because I have not gotten sick. I love knowing I am putting good things into my body for the good of my health. I will never be without my NingXia Red!
