Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I had a large bump the size of the end of my thumb on the bottom of my heel which really hurt. At night I could hardly wait to get off my foot because it hurt so bad but when I did, it hurt worse. During the night when I had to get up to go to the bathroom it took all the strength I could to muster up, to hobble to the bathroom because I couldn't put any weight at all on the foot.

I had tried the RC oil blend because I had heard that it had helped other people with that problem. But it didn't help me. I was to the point where I was maybe considering about going to the doctor to see about getting surgery on the heel because I was tired of the constant pain.

Then one day there was a medical doctor on TV and he was talking about doing laser surgery on bone spurs. So I was really interested in seeing what he had to say about it. The first thing he said was before they did surgery, they would give the patient cortisone shots and then see what happened.

What was the matter with me. Why hadn't I thought of that before? So I applied Idaho Balsam Fir and RC together on my heel. The first night the pain was less and in three days the lump was gone and that has been over 10 years and I have not had any problems since.

My husband was having the similar problem with the ball of the foot this spring and I applied Idaho Balsam Fir and RC to his foot and in a week his pain was gone and has not came back.

What a relief not to have to resort to surgery and go through more pain when we have these wonderful oils to help us.

Supporting Scientific Studies
1.Associated topics: bones-/-osteo — "Common herbs, essential oils, and monoterpenes potently modulate bone metabolism.... we investigated several common herbs rich in essential oils (sage, rosemary, and thyme) and essential oils extracted from these herbs and other plants (oils of sage, rosemary, juniper, pine, dwarf pine, turpentine, and eucalyptus) as well as their monoterpene components (thujone, eucalyptol, camphor, borneol, thymol, alpha-pinene, beta-pinene, bornylacetate as well as menthol) and found that they inhibit bone resorption.... Our study demonstrates for the first time that essential oils and monoterpenes are efficient inhibitors of bone resorption...."Link
2.Associated topics: bones-/-osteo — "Results of bone density, bone mineral content, bone tensile strength and histological analysis also showed similar trend of results, which supported initial observations of this study. It is proposed that hydroalcoholic extract of dried clove buds has bone-preserving efficacy against hypogonadal [hormonally deficient] osteoporosis."Link
