Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Okay, so I have been using Young Living essential oils for two years now, and I never really had "a story". Well, I do now!

For a week and a half I was feeling like a real space cadet... weak and lightheaded, etc. I asked a doctor friend what she thought it might be (I am not one to go "see" doctors), and she said that it sounded like it could be low hemoglobin. I said, "Anemia? Makes sense." (Viewer discretion here: I have a lot of blood loss due to and during my monthly cycle, FYI.)

So I thought about this, and then I checked my essential oils reference book. Come to find out that Lemon essential oil is one of the oils suggested... wow! Light bulb moment! I realized that I had stopped having my morning warm *Lemon oil* water!

So... taking another suggestion from the desk reference, Frankincense essential oil (I figured Frankincense might work faster with its high frequency of 147 MHz), I started right away with my new morning protocol. For the past week (the weekend and today), I have been adding 2 drops of Frankincense to some Traditional Medicinals (burdock with nettle leaf) herbal tea. I am also back to drinking Lemon oil in my daily water and being more mindful of my iron intake lately.

Well, I am happy to report that I am feeling 100 times better! Yes, I will still need to see a doctor about the cause of the anemia, get a CBC (blood test), and get my "issue" corrected. But I am able to fully function again instead of feeling like I am going to fall or pass out every time I move. I will take it!

Kudos to Young Living Essential Oils. I could not be happier. Love them!
