Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Certain foods that I eat trigger headaches, mostly chocolate or sugary foods. If I go to bed with a headache, I usually wake up with it too.

I have recently discovered Peppermint oil can rid me of these headaches. If you can tolerate the full strength, it will work best if rubbed on the nose, forehead, temples and around the eyes. It will make the eyes water and the eyes will have to stay closed until it evaporates.

But after the tearing, my headaches are gone almost immediately. If you have sensitive skin, I would dilute it with olive or coconut oil.

I will never have to buy Tylenol again!
