Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Hubby has had a bone spur for two years on his foot, which is painful. He has also had reduced range of motion (ROM) due to hallux limitus. The doctor mentioned surgery, and hubby ran. We had been trying several essential oils for the pain but then found a new blend to try.

We are over two weeks past, so I am claiming our success! A blend of essential oils known as RC is typically known to support respiratory issues. But I had read a couple of stories about it helping folks with bone spurs. Some people claim that RC has dissolved their bone spurs.

So we used RC daily for a few weeks, when one day Hubby took a step and had a huge POP. There was no more pain, and he now had full ROM! He has had a few more pops over the past week, but his pain is gone. His foot feels as good as new again!

We are just adding this to the daily uses and benefits we have discovered for these miracle molecules. We continue to reduce the toxic chemicals in our cleaning supplies and personal care items, freeing our immune systems from having so much crap to deal with so they can fight the bigger stuff (which we also overcome). Feel free to message us if you have questions.

Supporting Scientific Studies
1.Associated topics: bones-/-osteo — "Common herbs, essential oils, and monoterpenes potently modulate bone metabolism.... we investigated several common herbs rich in essential oils (sage, rosemary, and thyme) and essential oils extracted from these herbs and other plants (oils of sage, rosemary, juniper, pine, dwarf pine, turpentine, and eucalyptus) as well as their monoterpene components (thujone, eucalyptol, camphor, borneol, thymol, alpha-pinene, beta-pinene, bornylacetate as well as menthol) and found that they inhibit bone resorption.... Our study demonstrates for the first time that essential oils and monoterpenes are efficient inhibitors of bone resorption...."Link
2.Associated topics: bones-/-osteo — "Results of bone density, bone mineral content, bone tensile strength and histological analysis also showed similar trend of results, which supported initial observations of this study. It is proposed that hydroalcoholic extract of dried clove buds has bone-preserving efficacy against hypogonadal [hormonally deficient] osteoporosis."Link
