Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.
I went to a family get-together recently. One family member there had been having a lot of stomach upset and diarrhea (we think due to her gallbladder being taken out recently).
Normally I would use Peppermint or DiGize essential oil blend, both of which have been shown to be helpful for this kind of thing. But I did not have either one with me that day.
I did have Lemon essential oil and had remembered hearing that it was useful for settling stomachs, so we gave it a try. With just 2 drops under the tongue, her stomach was settled. And there were no more trips to the bathroom!
