I starting having allergy symptoms in my early thirties. I was lucky that I never suffered from them as a child. I have some sensitivity to outdoor allergens... but mostly to cats.
However, when my 6-year-old begged me for that sweet little kitten at the shelter, I could not say no. So 14 years later, I was still having to take Zyrtec.
But no longer! I ordered my first essential oils just last week and started using them immediately. The very first night I starting diffusing Lavender, Peppermint, and Lemon. I have had NO allergy symptoms whatsoever!
We now have two cats and a dog... and I can finally breathe easy!
