Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I have always had a hard time getting to sleep and staying asleep. So when I was introduced to the Peace & Calming essential oil blend, I was ecstatic. Then when I heard about Cedarwood also being used to help get a deeper night's sleep and how it has helped others feel more rested, I jumped at the chance to try it.

So about three weeks ago, I started to apply one drop of Cedarwood on the bottom of one foot and then would rub my feet together to spread the oil right before I turn out the light. I am not going to lie -- it smells TERRIBLE, which is why I do it this way, so that it doesn't get on my hands.

Then I can put my hands under the blankets and go right to sleep. And it has worked great! I have been sleeping deeper and longer and have felt more rested the next morning.

And then an odd thing happened. I noticed that my toenails were really long, which is incredibly unusual for me. My entire life my nails have been thin and brittle. They break at the slightest inclination of length and will split and peel. I have tried biotin, vitamins, you name it. I tried it all, and nothing made it better.

And then a few days after I noticed my toenails, I realized that my fingernails were long... as in they needed to be trimmed because I was scratching myself without realizing how long they were!

The only thing I can attribute this to is the fact that Cedarwood has been used to help with thinning hair and making it grow back. Nails and hair are directly linked due to the type of protein that they are made from. And although I wasn't using the Cedarwood to help with this, I believe that it directly had an effect on my nails growing stronger.
