My essential oils have many positive influences and serve me from the minute I wake up until the minute my head hits the pillow. I have considered how I can make use of my experience with the oils when I am relaxing in the bath.
I came up with this recipe for a relaxing and calming bath experience:
1 cup of epsom salts
1/4 cup sea salt
A couple of drops of Lavender essential oil
Food coloring (for a decorative effect if desired)
Add the above ingredients to a glass jar. Once the Lavender salts have been prepared, add a scoop to your bath and sit back and relax. The salts will draw out impurities from the skin, and the Lavender will calm the mind and body.
