Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I have nerve damage, bulging discs, sciatica, and fibromyalgia (FMS), so I decided to listen to my good friend and try Young Living essential oils. I was a HUGE skeptic, but I figured... what do I have to lose?

I started with Peppermint essential oil and found immediate results with the pain stopping. The last two days have been tough physically though. Today my order for the RC and PanAway essential oil blends came in. I took a HOT shower and applied a drop of each.

My low back spasms immediately stopped and I can put socks on again! My neck pain also stopped and my shoulder pain was 90% better! Ah, relief! Now the trick is getting the pain to stay away.

Last night I used RC, PanAway, and Peppermint essential oils, 1 drop each on my shoulder and lower back. I had immediate relief of spasms and pain. I used a heating pad to drive the oils in. This relaxed my muscles and I fell fast asleep and had a GREAT night's sleep.

I woke up with a mild sore shoulder. So I started the morning with RC, only applied to my lower back (as a preventative). I went on a beach walk, and by mid morning my sciatica was acting up. On the drive home, the pain radiated to my knee, making driving very painful.

Once home, I applied a drop each of RC and PanAway to my lower back and shoulder. The spasms stopped, and the pain decreased 90%. My shoulder had a mild ache, but my neck feels much better.

I will continue to experiment with other essential oils to find the best blend for me. But I think I'm on the right track. My next goal is to find a combination that has an extended result.
