After a week of pain from a pulled muscle from lifting too hard and teaching a crazy kickbox class...

I took four days off and had no relief. It was getting worse. So I tried Deep Relief Roll-On and still got no relief. Next I tried PanAway, but the pain was still not gone.

Then I read that Valor was great for back pain. I applied 5 drops of Valor directly on my hip and rubbed it in thoroughly. Within 30 seconds, the pain was gone! After an hour, I reapplied the Valor. Then after 3 hours, I reapplied once more.
