My wife was scratching away because of patches of hives that appeared on her back, thighs and underarms. They were red and itchy. Some patches were around 15 cm in diameter.
In the past, I would give her a pill to stop the itching. However, it would take some time for the itch to go away. Unfortunately I also noticed that the hives would return the next day.
I decided to apply Lavender oil on the hives this time, thinking that I might have to reapply the oil again a couple of hours later. To my surprise, it took just one application!
The red patchy areas began to reduce in size. The hives disappeared and did not appear again the next day nor the day after.
