I have been on Omeprazole (Prilosec) for years now because I have horrible acid reflux. Recently I ran out and decided I wasn't paying for any more.
Being off of it for 2 days, I woke from a deep sleep last night with horrible heartburn and I could not sleep. I was desperate, so I added a few drops of Peppermint oil to 16 ounces of water and also placed a drop directly on my tongue. I drank all the water in a short period of time and was back to sleep in no time.
Who knew that Peppermint could be so quick and effective? Being so new to essential oils, I cannot wait to see all that my health journey leads me to!
