When I was a kid, I had lush dark hair. Time has somewhat changed that. There's more salt than pepper now, and volume has decreased through the years. Using essential oils, several typical age-related issues (varicose and spider veins, moles, skin tags, age spots, and arthritis) have been pushed back.

So I decided to work on the hair thing too. Every night I'll drop Cedarwood in my palm and, with my fingertips, Vita Flex the Cedarwood all over my scalp. I am not certain yet if it is increasing hair growth, but I sure am sleeping better! That is a side benefit I can get excited about.

A dear friend introduced me to the oils in 2008, and they have turned both our lives around for the better.

Since learning to use essential oils and NingXia Red juice, I feel half my age and can perform at that level too.
