Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.
I suffer from lower back pain, which affects my work. I am a massage therapist and do a lot of bending, twisting, and lifting. Over 25 years, this has really affected my lower back.
Recently my back has been very painful. I went to the chiropractor and got an adjustment, which relieved the pain for about two hours; then the pain returned. Feeling desperate, I had my husband rub Peppermint, Idaho Balsam Fir, and Wintergreen essential oils into the area without diluting the oils.
The pain was immediately diminished, and, together with supporting my back with a pillow, I was able to get up from a sitting position with absolutely no pain!
