Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I suffer from lower back pain, which affects my work. I am a massage therapist and do a lot of bending, twisting, and lifting. Over 25 years, this has really affected my lower back.

Recently my back has been very painful. I went to the chiropractor and got an adjustment, which relieved the pain for about two hours; then the pain returned. Feeling desperate, I had my husband rub a few drops of each of Peppermint, Idaho Balsam Fir, and Wintergreen essential oils into the area without diluting the oils.

The pain was immediately diminished, and, together with supporting my back with a pillow, I was able to get up from a sitting position with absolutely no pain!
