Whenever I away from home, I always carry either Peppermint or DiGize with me. Many foods are more flavorful than what I cook at home and may tend to upset my stomache. It's amazing how quickly the oils work and I can continue with my outing. A few times I've been with my sister who has acid reflux and she has said 'no' to my offerings of either oil and how much longer she suffers. She doesn't like the smell and hasn't learn yet that the oils work!
