My husband has several allergies, one of them being an allergy to cats, which always causes his system to go nuts (itchy throat, itchy/watery eyes, congestion).
His mom has a LOT of animals, including several cats, and had started letting them in the house. We had plans to spend the day at her house recently, and he dreaded it due to the cats being in the house.
So about 45 minutes before we left, I gave him a capsule with 2 to 3 drops of Lavender oil in it. I gave him another one probably 30 minutes after we arrived.
We were at his parents' house for SEVEN HOURS, and his allergies did not flare up ONCE! Needless to say, this will become our new allergy regimen because we continue to have such great success with it.
