Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

With our dry Canadian winters, a nosebleed is very common. My daughter recently called me from university very upset. Her nose had been bleeding for over 15 minutes and was getting worse.

She had tried all of the usual tricks (nose pinching, ice compress, evaluating her feet). She said there was so much blood that it was running down her arm, and it wasn't slowing!

I tried to calm her down and then instructed her to get the Cypress and put a drop between her eyebrows and a drop on her sinus points. Other Acupressure points can be found on the Internet. Within minutes the bleeding had not only slowed but stopped!

I remembered hearing from a friend who had cut herself badly that she had used Cypress, so I had ordered it for my family's first-aid kits that I had made with little sample bottles of oils we wouldn't use on a daily basis.

I am so glad that I updated our first-aid kit. These oils are nothing short of a miracle!

Supporting Scientific Studies
1.Associated topics: sinus — "The result for the primary end point was validated by the amelioration of the following secondary end points: headache on bending, frontal headache, sensitivity of pressure points of trigeminal nerve, impairment of general condition, nasal obstruction, and rhinological secretion.... In patients with acute nonpurulent rhinosinusitis, timely treatment with cineole [a.k.a. eucalyptol... found in eucalyptus, camphor laurel, laurus nobilis, tea tree, mugwort, basil, wormwood, rosemary, sage, and cannabis] is effective and safe before antibiotics are indicated."Link
2.Associated topics: bleed-/-hemorrhage — "[T]he level and duration of menstrual pain and the amount of menstrual bleeding were significantly lower in the aromatherapy group than in the placebo group. These results suggest that aromatherapy is effective in alleviating menstrual pain, its duration, and excessive menstrual bleeding. Aromatherapy can be provided as a nonpharmacological pain relief measure and as a part of nursing care given to girls suffering of dysmenorrhea or excessive menstrual bleeding."Link
3.Associated topics: bleed-/-hemorrhage,nosebleed-/-bloody-nose-/-epistaxis — "[A] pulverized mixture of four herbs including Agrimonia Eupatoria (A), Nelumbo Nucifera Gaertn (N), Boswellia Carteri (B) [Frankincense], and Pollen Typhae Angustifoliae (P)... was first described in Chinese canonical medicine about 2000 years ago for treatment of various trauma disorders, such as hemostasis [bleeding], anti-inflammatory, analgesia [pain], and wound healing, etc.... [W]e showed that local ANBP treatment not only significantly enhanced wound healing by relieving inflammation, increasing formation of granulation tissue, and accelerating re-epithelialization, but [it] also reduced scar formation by decreasing collagen production [and] protuberant height and volume of scars and [by] increasing collagen maturity.... [Results show that ANBP] promot[es] wound healing and alleviat[es] scar formation, which may be an effective therapy for human wounds at the earliest stage."Link
