I was diagnosed with heavy metal poisoning along with a genetic condition which makes detoxing difficult. I have tried so many things, but I seem to react to many products.
I had a ZYTO Scan done, and it said I needed Longevity soft gels. I tried them, and it was too much for me. I had this terrible brain fog that was so bad I could not handle it! So I bought each oil in Longevity, which are Orange oil, Clove, Frankincense, and Thyme.
I started out taking 1 drop of Orange and 1 drop of Clove in a large GLASS bottle of water. (don't use plastic) Then slowly I added more and more drops of those two to my bottle of water. (I am also adding Peppermint and Lemon to my water.)
I use Thyme to rub on my liver and also use Frankincense topically. I found it was both the Thyme and Frankincense that were bothersome, but I can adjust the amount I apply topically.
Someone told me last week that they can tell I am doing so much better, and I can tell my brain is clearer!! What a blessing these essential oils are!!
