Having read the testimonials for restless legs syndrome, I am struck by how different oils can work for different people. I am sharing what has worked for me for restless legs at night.
I rub Lavender oil and Roman Chamomile on each side of the back of my neck. I put around 4 drops of one of the oils on my hand and rub it in on both sides of my neck, and then I repeat with the second oil.
It takes about a half hour for the leg restlessness to completely calm down, but it starts to slow down right away. I got this combination for RLS from reading the "Quick Reference Guide for Using Essential Oils" by Connie and Alan Higley.
