Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I had twisted my knee badly as a teenager, and since then I've had a lot of pain in my knee. I could tell I was "favoring" that leg when walking and tried to concentrate on walking normally. I could tell though that my knee was continuing to get weaker and weaker.

During the winter of 2006 when I was walking across the floor carrying my infant son, my knee suddenly buckled under me, and I fell. My kneecap had moved over to the side of my leg, and I could not get it moved back. In intense pain, I took an ambulance ride 30 miles to the nearest hospital. I received morphine, and the kneecap was reset.

After that, I went through a few months of physical therapy and was glad to learn that I did not need surgery. "You'll have trouble with stairs," my physical therapist said in our last meeting. I did have trouble with stairs.

Even though I was only in my 20s, I hobbled down stairs taking them one at a time. I continued to do knee exercises at home, but the stairs remained a problem.

Then in 2010 I received my first Raindrop Technique. I had some eczema on my hands, so my friend chose to only put the oils on my feet. The next day after that "half Raindrop", my knee felt more achy than normal. It felt almost bruised.

After about two days of that, I woke up one morning, and my knee felt perfectly fine. In fact, I completely forgot that my knee had ever had any trouble until I ran down a flight of stairs! "What!?" I thought, "I can't run down stairs!"

I've never had any trouble with stairs ever since, and I never favor that leg. It is almost as if something had been cleared out of my subconscious. And that was only with half a Raindrop session.

Supporting Scientific Studies
1.Associated topics: joints — "Ruxiang (Gummi olibanum), the dried gum resin of Boswellia carterii (BC) [frankincense], has been used in traditional Chinese medicine to alleviate pain and inflammation for thousands of years.... The data show that BC extract has significant anti-arthritic and anti-inflammation effects and suggest that these effects may be mediated via the suppression of pro-inflammatory cytokines."Link
2.Associated topics: joints — "We have demonstrated that Boswellia frereana [frankincense] prevents collagen degradation, and inhibits the production of pro-inflammatory mediators and MMPs. Due to its efficacy we propose that B. frereana should be examined further as a potential therapeutic agent for treating inflammatory symptoms associated with arthritis."Link
3.Associated topics: joints — "Herbalists treat skin ailments, such as fungal infections (like candidiasis), wounds, eczema, and acne, with lavender oil. It is also used in a healing bath for joint and muscle pain. One study evaluating treatments for children with eczema found [that] it was therapeutic touch from the mother that improved symptoms; in other words, massage with and without essential oils (including lavender) both reduced the dry, scaly skin lesions. Another study found that lavender oil may improve pain control after surgery."Link
