Of course we all recognize Lemon's cleansing qualities, but I discovered another great use recently.

I lost track of broccoli that I was cooking on the stove, only to discover that I had badly burned the pan. I use surgical stainless steel cookware that is easier to clean than most; however, I really did a number on this poor pan.

While scraping away, I got the idea to sprinkle several drops of Lemon on the burned area. I let it sit for about a minute and was able to quickly clean the pan with a little scrubber.

The uses for this oil just keep piling up. I can't imagine going a single day without it!
