Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

For years I have been plagued with outbreaks of cold sores always at the worst possible time. It is an apparent result of over-exposure to sun and/or at times of stress. These sores were extremely painful, lasted at least a week and made me very self-conscious.

I had read many testimonials regarding Frankincense oil, and decided to try applying this oil at the first sign of my last outbreak. As soon as I felt the telltale tingle on my lower lip, I applied a drop of Frankincense to my finger and rubbed it on. I repeated this 2 times the first day. The pain that has always followed the tingle never developed.

The second day the sore seemed to reach its peak and began to drain, but had no associated pain. I repeated the first day's 3x per day application of Frankincense.

The third day there was again no pain, and the sore had begun to disappear. I repeated the 3x per day application of Frankincense. Today, the fourth day, there is no pain, the sore is gone and all that is left is a dry layer of skin over the place where the sore was.

Thanks be to God for the gifts that he has given us. May He give us the wisdom to use them wisely.
