Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

My husband snores so badly that he has resorted to wearing a surgical collar (think whiplash victim) to keep his chin up. He doesn't put it on until after I nudge him a few times, and he's never too happy that I wake him up to tell him to put it on. Never mind that I haven't yet gone to sleep because of the roaring noise!!

I have been discovering so many amazing uses for my oils. Then last night when the snoring started, I got out of bed and came to this site. I read over a couple of suggestions for snoring and came up with a modified version.

I took my Peppermint and my Lavender oil and added just 2 drops of each onto a cotton makeup removal pad. I then placed it next to him on his pillow without disturbing him. I was so surprised at how intense the aroma was from those few drops.

It only took about 5 minutes, and he totally went from an obnoxious snore to quiet breathing. At one point he rolled to one side and started a quiet snore and I picked up the cotton and waved it in his direction. Again the snoring stopped.

I am grateful for a good night's sleep with the hope of many more to come!!!
