My granddaughter Marielle is prone to carsickness on long drives. A few months ago, during a long drive, she complained of feeling sick and said she felt like she was going to throw up. My daughter grabbed a bottle of Peppermint oil, and we gave the bottle to Marielle to sniff. She held the bottle under her nose and inhaled. Just by inhaling the Peppermint aroma, her nausea felt much better, and she was able to continue riding in the car without problem.

The Peppermint aroma filled the car, and helped to energize us all and reduce the fatigue we were feeling.
