I suffered with adrenal fatigue for two years before I finally ordered Young Living Essential Oils. I had been taking a very expensive natural supplement for sleeping for a long time.

After I received my oils, I started using the Peace & Calming blend at night before bed--one drop on my chest so I could smell it all night and so it would calm my heart. For the first week, I would wake up feeling like I was hit by a truck! But, after that, I would wake up feeling completely refreshed and amazing! It's like my body was FINALLY resting that first week.

After only a few weeks, I was able to stop taking my really expensive sleeping supplement and just use Peace & Calming along with my other nutritional supplements and oils. It was a miracle and I was FINALLY able to start healing from my adrenal fatigue!

This amazing oil also helped each of our children to sleep better and my husband loves it, too!
