A few months ago I was in a hurry, skipped a step, and twisted my ankle in the process. As I lay there moaning, thinking of my long "to do" list, I realized I could get my youngest daughter to bring me my oil bag and I could get some relief.

At least I figured if I used an oil, I would be able to get up off the floor and get to the couch. She quickly obliged and shortly after applying the PanAway oil blend, I was able to stand on it and then walk! I was thrilled. Although a little tender, I was basically pain free!

I was quickly reminded of my laundry list of things to do, so I was off and running. After a long day, my ankle was throbbing and I went upstairs, took off my shoes and put my feet up to relax for a minute. My ankle began to throb even more and I couldn't figure out what was wrong.

Then it all came back to me... my twisting my ankle and using PanAway and then having a busy day on the go. I had never even put ice on it or even slowed down. Well, I should have. Once the pain was gone, I was focused on my busy day and I neglected to do take the time for a little more TLC for my ankle.

I once again called my daughter who brought me the PanAway, and a bag of ice. The next morning I was a little tender, but used PanAway and again I was off.

However, that was the end of my ankle pain!
