Buyer beware.

I have been using Clary Sage now for a few months to help regulate the length of my cycles. While they were in the "normal" range, I was looking to avoid having one cycle that was 26 days long, and the following that was 42 days long!

I have been applying a small amount of Clary Sage oil on my right ankle once per day (except when menstruating) for a few months and feel more emotionally stable, and my cycles have been much more regular.

I am very impressed and will keep using this therapeutic-grade oil to help me regulate my cycles which helps with timing for trying to become pregnant.
