We all know about putting Lemon and Orange oils in our water for our health and flavor. Some of the other citrus oils do a great job too.

I have been experimenting with new flavors for my water. My favourite is Tangerine and Cinnamon. In my glass water bottle, I add about 4 drops of Tangerine oil and 1 drop of Cinnamon. Be careful, as Cinnamon can be very strong.

Shake or stir and then enjoy! Just inhaling this combination is uplifting. Luckily, it tastes great, too!

Using the same ratio of Tangerine and Cinnamon (4:1), I also flavour little truffle balls. Here is my easy, do-it-by-taste recipe:

* Almond butter
* Cocoa powder
* Agave nectar
* Tangerine oil
* Cinnamon oil
* Chopped nuts for decoration

Blend some of the first three ingredients into a stiff paste that tastes chocolaty enough and sweet enough. Then work in the essential oils. Add a few drops, taste, add more if necessary. With wet hands, roll mixture into little bite-sized balls.

Roll the balls into finely-chopped almonds or walnuts, or coconut flakes, or more cocoa powder. Refrigerate until cold. Serve in tiny truffle papers. Be the star of the party.
