A few years ago I went to a foot specialist to have my feet and toe nails checked. She said I had toe nail fungus on both of my big toes and needed a special treatment to get rid of it.
It cost about $30 or $40 a bottle and it only lasted a month. I was told it could take up to a year to get rid of the fungus. I did some research on the ingredients in the solution and found out it could damage your liver and other organs.
So then I looked in the essential oils reference book and it said to use Oregano and Lemongrass oils alternately each day. It mentioned that it would turn the nails a dark yellow/brown but would get rid of the fungus with no damage to the body.
I applied a drop of each oil on my big toes alternately every day and the fungus was gone within a month or two and I did not have to worry about causing harm to my body.
