My well being is being haunted by hot flashes in the night!

I started putting a drop of Cedarwood oil on the top of each foot morning and night -- using the other foot to rub it in -- thereby putting the essential oil on the top and bottom of each foot. I also put a drop on the ovary reflex point near the ankle of each foot. There has been some improvement in my well being.

For some reason the Progessence Plus Serum does absolutely nothing for me. I have tried fewer drops, more drops, drops here and there -- and I just burn up with hot flashes. I have also tried evening primrose and flaxseed oil, which likewise did very little.

The three things that seem to be helping my over all well being are

1) CortiStop -- morning and night

2) Magnolia bark extract

3) Cedarwood essential oil
