If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.
For three or four days I had noticed a crampy tenderness and soreness on the right side of my lower abdomen. In the beginning, I thought it was probably due to constipation, so I drank more water, took some acidophilus and used some of my oils topically. I also drank a little Peppermint oil in a glass of water. This usually helps, but this time it wasn't going away.
Then I noticed what looked like a little blood in a stool, and I began to get really concerned. I prayed about it. I also felt colder than normal, like I was fighting off something. I added some garlic to my diet, and tried to eat more veggies. That seemed to help me feel a little bit better, but the soreness and tenderness was still there.
I finally remembered that Oregano oil, taken internally had helped many people to get over colds, flu, and other conditions. So I put one drop of Young Living's Oregano oil in a small amount of water. I knew it was going to taste awful and feel very hot in my throat, so I was prepared to follow it quickly with a piece of banana and a little apple juice. (I could have put it into a clear capsule with a little coconut oil or olive oil, which would have helped a lot).
After I did this, I got busy with my chores. Very soon, I would say within the hour, I noticed that the sore, tender feeling in my side had completely disappeared. I had only taken that one drop of Oregano oil, and it never came back! I was so relieved and thankful! These really are essential oils and a true gift from God.
