I have suffered for years with depression. After being on Zoloft for about 7 years, and getting into Young Living, I thought it was time for a change. I didn't really have a lot of money for products so I decided to try one of my own.
I immediately got the Lavender shampoo and conditioner and used this daily, and with the use of the Valor bath bar and Mountain Mist for deodorant, I decided to make my own oil mix.
I got a 16.9 oz bottle of pure, extra virgin olive oil and add the oils I use on a daily basis. I started with Lavender, adding 15 drops to the bottle, 10 drops of the Joy oil blend and 5 drops each of the Valor blend, Rosemary and Clary Sage. It changes with my own personal needs and what I have on hand.
After taking a shower with the Valor bath bar, and while my skin is still wet and the pores are open, I rub this oil mixture all over before drying off. Then I rub a couple of drops of Valor on my feet and put a drop of Joy over my heart area. This is an very uplifting experience for me.
I am receiving the benefits of all these precious oils first thing in the morning, and the smell is amazingly fresh and clean! I'd suggest to anybody to try this morning protocol.
No matter what personal problems a person has, they can be transmuted with these amazing oils!
