My three-year-old had started resisting going to bed. He had always gone to bed easily but stated there were big spiders in his room. I think that these were his "monsters". Putting a night light on in his room didn't seem to help at all and leaving the door open just led to him visiting us continually throughout the evening.

We tried the Peace & Calming oil blend but that didn't seem to work at all. We decided to try the Valor oil blend. The first night he still resisted bed but it was much easier to put him down than it had been all week. I forgot the next night and it was as bad as before. Now we put it on every night.

I put some on his feet, especially the big toe, his wrists and his neck. We also have him smell his wrists before he goes to bed. I read one book after oils are applied. It has made a world of difference not only in getting him to bed but also in staying asleep at night.

We are no longer getting up with nightmares.
