I was on mission for personal balance and wellness when I learned about Young Living Essential oils. I was jittery and had been experiencing insomnia and some panic attacks. The usual methods of relaxation were not working. This was my welcome to perimenopause. So I worked on yoga, diet and exercise but still had some trouble at night.
I searched information and tried Lavender and Peace & Calming which helped but I still had some an unbalance feeling component.
I found that I really love the smell of Bergamot. So I tried using it. My insomnia seemed to occur in my cycle so I would inhale Bergamot before bed and especially if I felt a little jittery or off. I would occasionally apply it to the female Vita Flex point on my right ankle. This works like a charm for me. Have not experienced those crazy feelings since and my sleep has been great again!
