This year on my way home from Young Living's convention I was very close to going into a full blown panic attack. I am a very fearful flyer and our first flight was incredibly bumpy because of bad weather. By the time we got onto our connecting flight I was seriously ready to walk the rest of the way home!
I remembered seeing something on Facebook about using Frankincense on your brainstem for panic attacks. I had my Frankincense with me so I pulled that out and applied about 3 drops to my brainstem. I rubbed it in and held my hand over it for a few minutes, then put the rest on my chest.
After that I just so happened to reach for my Lemon oil, but I'm not sure why. I did the same with the Lemon by applying it to my brainstem. Within minutes my panic attack was completely GONE!
