Somehow I closed two fingers in the car door. I literally had to open the door to get them out. The initial pain was intense and radiating down to my elbow. I immediately reached for my essential oils bag and began soaking both fingers with Helichrysum, PanAway, and Lavender.
Within about ten minutes the throbbing stopped. I continued for about two hours applying the oils frequently. I also held my fingers up above my heart. My fingers never swelled, bruised, or even appeared as if there was anything wrong.
My sister-in-law was with me, and she said, "I can't believe you didn't cry!"
