For the past 33 years I have been active in aerobic exercise, won my Presidential fitness award in the 80's. From the 90's - 2005 I walked my pom-poo black dogs 30 minutes twice a day, they died. With my aging, I continued walking daily and added weight lifting to my walk three times a week. I had injured my right knee by hyper- extension in the 80's and figured that osteoarthritis would set into it later in my life which it did. It has been swelling and going down since 1995, but without pain.

In July of 2013, I began having severe pain in my right knee when I walked. This caused me to have two rounds of x-rays to check it's status. I had the cartilage knee pad only between the knee joint at the back of my knee and the joint was bone on bone on the front. Being a former registered nurse I knew I could not walk or put weight on that knee until I could grow the cartilage back. I knew it could grow back, as Dr. David Stewart had used a protocol of Young Living therapeutic oils and supplements and had healed his injured knee.

I immediately started using his treatment (4 ounces of NingXia Red Juice, eight Sulfurzyme capsules, eight Anatabloc capsules-GNC [a natural anti-inflammatory], and four Longevity capsules every day), and the resource manual's cartilage rebuilding oils recipe 5 gets massaged onto knee 4 times a day. I knew it would probably take some time to heal.

This is now the middle of September and I am able to walk some days without any pain and some days with twinges of pain. I also am still getting 30 minutes of exercise on a stationary bike with no added pedal pressure (top speed 20 mph for 15 minutes).

Also, I used Young Living oils on an osteoarthritic left ankle (see link below for previous testimonial) and now have no pain in that ankle.
