My first introduction to essential oils was in 2006 at a meeting for business women. She ordered a cup of hot water and proceeded to drop Peppermint oil in it. The aroma filled the area and I questioned her about it. She asked if I would like to try it. Of course I did and I was hooked. Peppermint is so soothing to the digestive system. I've been using oils ever since and have my own handbook to look up protocols for whatever ails me or those that I know and love.
At night, within 30 minutes of falling asleep, I awake to my legs kicking and jumping. I just happened to have a bottle of Ortho Ease oil on my nightstand and started giving myself a leg massage. It seemed to calm the legs down a bit.
The next day I did some research and added Aroma Siez to this oil. I applied it to my full legs, top of feet and massaged on bottom of feet as well. In 10 minutes, I am fast asleep until morning.
I hope this helps someone who suffers from restless legs at night.
