Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

One night while cooking, I was heating up some coconut oil to cook with. I left the room for just a minute to check on something. When I came back the oil was very hot and was at the smoking point. I quickly removed the pan from the burner. As I removed the pan, the oil splashed out on to the top of my right foot. I knew this was going to be a really bad burn.

I quickly ran and got my Lavender oil and started to pour it on the burn. I lightly rubbed it in. The pain of the burn had not yet started. But after about 20 minutes the burn started to hurt so I poured more Lavender oil on it. It soothed it and made it more comfortable. I continued to put Lavender oil on it for several days so that it would not scar.

After about a week you couldn't even tell that I had been burned.
I had told a co-worker of mine what had happened the next day and she was amazed! There was no blister, only a red spot where the hot oil had landed. She asked me what I had used and wanted to know were she could get some.

I told her that therapeutic-grade Lavender oil had soothed and calmed the burn. She was so amazed with the results that she asked me to order some for her.

I'm grateful for such wonderful oils!
