I have known for a long time now that I should try to look for an alternative to my morning "cup of Joe", but dreaded the withdrawal headaches I knew would come as a result. I usually go for my cup of coffee first thing in the morning in hopes of getting a much needed boost of energy, only to be disappointed within a few hours.

So I decided to try 2 ounces of NingXia Red juice in place of my coffee and see how long it would take for my headache to come on. I was sure that it would give me the energy I wanted, but truly didn't believe it would curb my withdrawal headache.

Well, not only did it curb it, the headache never came on! Very thankful to have an alternative "habit" and one that is so good for me!
