Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Peppermint oil, in my opinion, is the greatest gift from God. I use it to help with my asthma attacks.

I place a drop on two finger tips, then rub it on both temples. Then I add another drop to my finger tips and apply the oil to my throat, both ears and back of my neck.

The remainder of the oil, or the smell of the oil, is rubbed under my nose to open up my nose.

I can feel my nose open and my lungs relax. This amazing oil can also be used in a vaporizer or diffuser for a cold or flu, etc.

This oil is pleasantly suitable for an abundance of oral and topical uses. It is one of the most versatile essential oils in the world.
