If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I am a midwife and have students working with me all the time. Recently one of them mentioned that her periods had finally returned after giving birth 8 months ago and they had been rough. Massive blood loss each time had this young mother dragging and fairly tied to being close to a bathroom. I noticed her energy level one day at my clinic and she told me what had been going on.

We mixed up 3-4 drops of Helichrysum in a small amount of coconut oil and had her rub it all over her belly, focusing on the area just above the pubic bone where the uterus would be. Immediately her heavy bleeding dwindled down to just about a tablespoon and stayed that way until her period was over.

The following week my other student mentioned she had just gotten her period that morning and that it was normal for her to bleed very heavily. She always slept at night with a towel between her legs and covering the bed because her protection could not contain the bleeding.

We mixed up a batch of the coconut oil and Helichrysum for her also and she used it right away. Her bleeding also dwindled down to almost nothing and she slept for the first time in months without a towel underneath her!

I am super impressed.

8.Associated topics: menstruation-/-period,menstrual-cramps — "[T]he level and duration of menstrual pain and the amount of menstrual bleeding were significantly lower in the aromatherapy group than in the placebo group.
