My two year was old circumcised after birth. The doctor only performed a partial circumcision that we didn't ask for. We were disappointed because after several months it looked like he had never been circumcised.
We were informed by his pediatrician that he would most likely grow into it. I would rather not put him under anesthesia and meds. A few days ago he would barely let me touch it to clean it. I noticed it was very red right below the head of the penis.
A friend told me to spray ClaraDerm 3 times a day. This contains Myrrh, Melaleuca, Frankincense, Roman Chamomile and Helichrysum in a base of coconut oil. The first couple of times my husband and I had to told him down to spray it on. That was tough. It got better very quickly.
I was so appreciative to the friend who told me and for the ClaraDerm. I was also (and my son too) glad to have it in a spray bottle so I didn't have to touch the sore area. Just a side note... I also used it for cracked nipples when I was nursing him.
