I am constantly learning more about keeping myself healthy. It's a journey that I just really started putting effort into in late January of this year. A great product from Young Living that I just received is called Inner Defense. Immediately when I took it yesterday morning at work I was able to concentrate and think better.
I also was literally sick the entire winter for some reason. It was really rough on me. Fortunately, the Thieves oil blend in general has really helped which is a mix of Clove, Lemon, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, and Cinnamon.
My friends and family have used Thieves for blemishes to shrink them in a matter of about 20-30 minutes, which is amazing. I think it's the Clove maybe that has a bit of a numbing sensation so if a pimple hurts, it stops almost instantly. Thieves can sting a bit if not diluted, but I prefer not to add olive oil or V-6. If you're sensitive you can always add it. For my 2 year old, I dilute it before putting it on her feet.
Thieves is in Inner Defense as well as O3 Super Blend which is made up of Oregano, Thyme, and Lemongrass, and virgin coconut oil. You can technically make your own capsules, but I prefer to just buy it already made in the capsule because of the convenience. The bottle says you can take one in the morning and 3-5 when stressed, but I actually took two yesterday and I think I'll do the same today. I should be taking the second one shortly. It really helps me to concentrate! I feel better already.
