Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

My husband had been complaining of ear pain from an infection. I took a cotton ball, put two drops each of Thieves, Lavender and Peppermint on it. I swiped it across the skin behind his ear, and then told him to tuck it into the outer ear, kind of like an earplug.

He fell asleep with it, and while I'm sure it fell out sometime during the night, the next morning he said his ear pain had completely disappeared.

I used this same method for my infant daughter who had been diagnosed with ear infection. The only difference being that I didn't put her to bed with it, but held her for her first hour of sleep with it in her ear.

That night she slept normally for the first time since coming down with the infection.

The previous few nights she was up many times, in pain and uncomfortable.

This is now my go-to remedy for ear discomfort!
