After being diagnosed with a callus on the middle toe by a podiatrist , the doctor shaved the callus down and this gave me relief for about a week.
When the pain came back the doctor suggested an orthotic device to relieve pressure, but not to prevent it. The only solution was surgery on all my toes to realign them. That meant 2 months with a boot and also out of work because my job as a pressman requires me to be on my feet all day.
The minute I put Lemon essential oil on the callus the pain went away. I have been putting it on twice a day and the callus is starting to disappear.
I will never be out of Lemon oil.
