Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Since I was a child I have suffered occasional but severe leg cramps at night. They start in my toes and foot and if I can't get them to stop there they involve my whole leg and are extremely painful.

I had started using a prescription muscle relaxant as soon as I felt the cramp starting in my foot. It would sometimes help but not usually quickly enough and I did not like the side effects.

The other night the cramping started in my foot, it's really hard not to get tense when you know severe pain is on the way. Instead of grabbing for my muscle relaxant I decided to grab for my oils to see what might help. I put a couple of drops of the PanAway oil blend in my hand and rubbed it in a circular motion over the bottom of my foot and on the top of my foot near my toes.

The cramping was gone almost immediately! I could not believe that it truly was blessing.

I will never be without PanAway next to my bed!
