Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.
For as long as I can remember I have been referred to as a "night owl." I am up late at night wishing I could go to sleep, have trouble getting out of bed (have a hate relationship with my alarm clock), and am sluggish throughout the day. I go through midday crashes between 2 and 4 in the afternoon to where I am almost nonfunctional. I have gone through bouts of depression because of this thinking I am not "normal."
It wasn't until a dear friend of mine mentioned looking into adrenal fatigue. This was a tremendous blessing to me as it mentioned all of the above symptoms, as well as allergies, asthma, occasional anxiousness, high or low blood pressure, and more.
I would highly recommend Dr. Leanne Deardeuff, D.C.'s book called "Ultimate Balance", as this is where I learned that my adrenals were sluggish. This book talks about infusing the major organs of the body with essential oils to help improve their performance and has been a tremendous help for me.
I applied En-R-Gee essential oil blend to my adrenal Vita Flex points between 9 PM and 11 PM the first night and, to my surprise, woke up at 6:30 AM refreshed and ready for my day.
The same thing happened the second day, so I got on the treadmill and was able to do 3 miles because I felt so good. I've woken around that time ever since while doing this protocol.
This has been such an amazing blessing, and I pray that it can help others as well.
